Delivery

We will dispatch your goods as soon as possible. However, please be aware that demand for CHUBBZ BMX products is extremely high and therefore at times there may be a delay to process and ship your goods. In general we ship orders from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order (Monday to Friday only, we do not process or deliver orders on the weekend). We are dedicated to making sure your item leaves our facility as quickly as possible. As soon as your goods are collected by the courier, you will receive an email with your delivery details, a tracking number and the name of the courier by which they will be delivered. With some smaller items you may not receive tracking information. Please allow 5-10 working days for your items to be delivered and if you have not received them within 15 working days go to contact us on our website and send us a email stating your concerns. Please note, just because you have received an email with a tracking number, it does not necessarily mean your order has been collected. PLEASE check you tracking number online for more details. PLEASE be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case an email has been flagged by your email software and marked as spam.

Shipping Costs

Please note, shipping costs are not actually ‘free’, we use the word free as in the context of ‘included’ in the price you pay. Therefore shipping costs on purchases over $100 are included in the cost of product(s) you buy from our site.  Should you decide to return your product if you realize you do not want it, the shipping costs to you will be deducted from the refund we provide. We do not provide shipping estimates as they are subject to change at any time.

We only accept secure payment via Paypal, you can pay with a card as a guest through PayPal and you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account.
